Cardinol · Legal
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains how Bruskaz ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit this Cardinol page or order Cardinol Capsules ("Cardinol"). It applies only to this page and to Cardinol orders.
1. Who we are
Bruskaz sells Cardinol Capsules to customers in Ghana through this page. We are responsible for the personal information you give us when you place a Cardinol order.
You can reach us through the phone number or WhatsApp contact we give you when we confirm your order.
2. Information we collect
- Order details you give us: your full name, phone number, delivery address (including landmark), city or town, and region.
- What you order: the Cardinol pack you choose and the amount payable in GHC.
- Conversation records: notes from our confirmation call and any calls, SMS or WhatsApp messages between you and our team about your order.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the page working and secure.
We do not ask for your medical history, diagnoses or prescriptions in order to sell you Cardinol, so please do not enter them on the order form. If you choose to tell our team about your health (for example, medicines you take) when asking a question, we use that only to reply to you, we treat it as sensitive, and we will usually advise you to speak to your doctor or pharmacist.
3. How we use your information
- To process your order: confirming it by phone, arranging delivery and collecting payment on delivery.
- To give you customer support, including help with delivery problems and refund requests under our satisfaction guarantee.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to prevent fraud and fake orders.
- To send you order updates and, only if you agree, occasional messages about Cardinol. You can opt out at any time by telling us.
Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) we rely on the need to carry out your order, our legal obligations, our legitimate interest in running and securing our business, and, where needed, your consent. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Payment information
Cardinol orders are paid on delivery. We do not collect card numbers, mobile-money PINs or bank details through this page. If we later add online payment, it will be handled by a licensed payment provider and this policy will be updated first.
5. Who we share it with
- Delivery partners: your name, phone number, delivery address and the amount to collect, so they can deliver your Cardinol. They may use it only for that purpose.
- Service providers that help us run the page and handle orders (such as hosting, order management and messaging tools), under instructions to protect your data.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), through the Meta Pixel described in section 6, which receives information about your visit and the fact that you placed an order.
- Authorities, where the law requires us to share information.
Apart from the Meta Pixel described in section 6, we do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
6. Cookies and tracking
This page uses the Meta Pixel, a tracking tool from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). It sets cookies in your browser and tells Meta which page you viewed, details about your device and browser, and when you place an order, along with the pack and the order value. We use this to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram advertising and to show our ads to people who may be interested. We do not send your name, phone number or address to Meta ourselves.
You can turn off ad personalisation in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or block tracking cookies in your browser. If we add other analytics or advertising tools in future (such as Google Analytics), we will update this policy first and, where required, ask for your consent. Meta has its own privacy practices that we do not control.
The pack you select is kept only in your browser's memory while the page is open.
7. How long we keep it
We keep order records only for as long as needed to deliver your order, handle refunds under our 30-day guarantee, and meet tax, accounting and legal obligations. After that we delete or anonymise them.
8. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including limiting access to our team and delivery partners who need it. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
You may ask us at any time to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.
10. Children
Cardinol is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and orders should be placed by an adult.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if Cardinol, our service or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
12. Contact us
Questions about this policy or your data? You can reach us through the phone number or WhatsApp contact we give you when we confirm your order.
